My name is Melissa Smith. I am from Lapel originally. I actually grew up 4 houses down from the daycare, and my Dad still lives there. Beth and I have been friends since kindergarten. I graduated from Lapel in 1999, and went on to Marian College to study Social Studies and Secondary Education. I graduated in 2003. I married my husband Greg in 2003. He’s also a Lapel grad. We now live in Westfield. I joined the daycare staff in 2020. Prior to that, I was home raising my children for 13 years. Gabe is 15 and in 9th grade. Evan is 12 and in 7th grade. Our 3 little ones are Leo, Henry and Charlotte. They are 8 years old and starting 3rd grade. They are quadruplets. Our 4th baby, our son Max, passed away when he was a few days old. I was actually working part time at Beth’s Blessings when I was pregnant in 2013. I had to quit when I found out I was having 4 babies, once it became impossible to be on my feet all day. So it seems only fitting that I'm back now that my babies are grown! I look forward to meeting each one of you, and getting to know your children. I love teaching and working each day with my best friend!
Miss Ally My name is Ally Byerly and I've been working for Beth now for just over a year. I've worked with kids in either preschool or childcare for about 6.5 years. I legitimately remember being a little kid and always wanting to be a teacher and as I've grown in my journey, I love being the person to provide safety and love to littles and being a source for their education! I'm 26, I'm married to my best friend in the entire world (Tim) and a few of my all time favorite things are singing, taking my dog on walks and spending time with my family! I'm so happy to be here and have loved every minute of watching your sweet kiddos grow up!
Miss Cierra My name is Cierra! I have been working with Beth for almost a year now! Crazy how fast time flies! It has been such a fun time being here! I am from an area not far from Lapel. It’s a little town called Perkinsville. Some may know the town for the famous bar in town, Bonges! I previously worked at Frankton Elementary in the before/after school program for 4 years before coming to Beth’s. I really enjoy hanging around all of the kids. Outside of work I love spending my spare time at the barn with my horse. Her name is Phoenix. When I’m not at the barn, I love to be at home watching a good tv show or movie on Netflix. I hope this kind of tells you a little bit about me and who I am! I have enjoyed my time here so much and love being with all of the kiddos!
